Cappucino = Latte + Chocolate Powder ?
In theory:
When somebody is asking for a cappucino, they are looking for lots of foam, not lots of milk.
When somebody is asking for a latte, they are looking for lots of milk, not lots of foam.
In reality:
When somebody is asking for a latte or a cappucino, they are getting the same thing just with or without chocolate powder.
Fact by my book:
About 98% of barista’s populations have no clue what are differences between a latte and a cappucino. Is it just the chocolate powder? NO, but wait a second, that is for sure what the 98% is thinking.
